Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a friendly, skilled Restaurant Bartender to enhance guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages with precision and care. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

You will leverage extensive drink knowledge and wine experience to recommend options, work with the culinary team on garnishes, and uphold health and safety standards. Flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes.
• Wine knowledge and service experience.
• Ability to create and serve drinks promptly.
• Excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Strong English communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility with shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
• Mix drinks and other bar beverages in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive, functional manner.
• Provide information on wine characteristics and recommend options.
• Collaborate with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Handle cash and balance receipts; process payments.
