Job summary

Legends Global is seeking Concessions Bartenders to engage guests with friendly, efficient beverage service, mixing drinks to spec and supporting servers at the bar and in the dining area.

You will greet guests, take orders, maintain a clean bar, handle payments, check IDs, and coordinate with culinary to create appealing mixers and garnishes, ensuring safety and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender for at least two years.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine.
• Ability to create and serve drinks promptly.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Utilize high quality spirits and ingredients to create drinks.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Mix drinks in compliance with company standards.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements.
• Handle cash and balance receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Work with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes.
• Serve food items at the bar.
• Attend mandatory meetings and complete other duties as assigned.
