Qualifications

• Must be able to create and serve drinks in a timely manner.
• Extensive knowledge of wines.
• Ability to effectively listen and take directions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered.
• Provide information on wine characteristics and serve wine.
• Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting.

Skills

Long hours and flexible shifts

Bartending experience (2+ years)

Extensive knowledge of drink recipes

Personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently or in a team

Ability to communicate in English

Knowledge of food and beverage preparations

Ability to transport up to 50 lbs
