Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of bartending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine.
• Ability to create and serve timely, unique drinks.
• Good English communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks for guests
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol
• Handle a bank and cash handling procedures, balance receipts
• Ensure bar area is stocked and inventory replenishments as needed
• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
