You will greet guests, take orders, balance cash, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, with shifts that include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartender experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drinks and mixing techniques.
• Strong wine knowledge and service etiquette.
• Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
• High personal hygiene and professional appearance required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks for guests.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from guests or servers.
• Mix drinks and cocktails per standards and maintain organized bar area.
• Provide wine information, suggest pairings, and serve wine properly.
• Handle assigned cash bank and balance receipts at end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area.
• Attend meetings and follow health and safety standards.
