Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes and wine service.
• Ability to provide excellent guest relations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Capable of cash handling, payment processing, and accurate bill balancing.
• Strong multitasking, teamwork, and communication under busy service conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix drinks using quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, and herbs.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders from guests or servers.
• Mix cocktails and bar beverages in line with company standards.
• Keep bottles and glasses organized and clean to support efficient service.
• Explain wine options and perform proper wine service for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create mixers and garnishes.
• Check IDs to verify legal purchase of alcohol.
• Manage assigned cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Collect payments and balance receipts for drinks served.
• Ensure the bar area is stocked and supplies replenished as needed.
• Serve food items to guests seated at the bar.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and daily specials.
• Keep work area clean and organized; perform general cleaning tasks.
• Organize catering storage areas and attend mandatory meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
