Pinnacle Golf Club's Cimi's Bistro is seeking experienced Restaurant Bartenders to craft cocktails and serve guests and members on the Patio. Deep drink-menu knowledge and strong hospitality are essential for success.

This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced setting—bartending, suggesting food pairings, handling payments, and maintaining bar cleanliness while collaborating with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and drink pairing principles.
• Familiarity with our food menus to provide accurate recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of drink menus, signature cocktails, wine selections, and beer offerings.
• Engage with guests, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and use proper bartending techniques.
• Handle cash, credit card, and Member account charges accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new cocktails and techniques.
• Adhere to liquor laws and provide responsible service.
