Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or above.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Extensive wine and beverage knowledge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of house cocktails and techniques.
• Ability to make food and beverage pairings.
• Knowledge of cash handling and quick, accurate ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly.
• Present menus, take orders, upsell drinks and food.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beer per standard recipes.
• Execute wine service when necessary.
• Record orders in POS and process payments.
• Maintain bar stock and keep areas clean and organized.
• Note allergies and dietary restrictions on tickets.
• Assist with bar inventory and equipment maintenance.
