asmglobal is seeking an energetic bartender to join our team in Fort Worth. You will be responsible for drink preparation, delivering friendly customer service, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and compliant bar environment.

The role requires basic cash handling, the ability to stand for long periods, and effective communication in English. Prior bartending experience is ideal but not required, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take directions and perform the work effectively.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve beverages per recipes or customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet and engage customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Stock Management: Keep bar stocked and inform when replenishment is needed.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Safety and Compliance: Verify age and follow alcohol service regulations.
• Customer Interaction: Recommend drinks and address concerns politely.
• Bar Setup & Breakdown: Prepare bar before service and clean after closing.
