Job summary

Invited Clubs in Texas is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our hospitality team at private clubs. You will manage beverage service, pour accurately, and keep the bar clean while delivering the high standards our members expect. You'll greet guests by name, handle orders promptly, and work with a team to maintain beverage control and safety.

Previous bar experience and knowledge of wine and cocktails are preferred. This role involves standing for long periods and working weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness required.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service at the bar and assist with service of beverages.
• Know members' names and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Prepare bar area, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, daily features, and responsible beverage service.
• Resolve member and guest issues professionally and practice service recovery.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and participate in team efforts.
