Qualifications

• Experience with testing tools, automation frameworks, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap and strategy.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for features and fixes.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on risk and resources.
• Lead a team of signal integrity engineers on advancedOverPass systems.
• Mentor and motivate testers; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure quality and regulatory adherence; collaborate with dev teams.
• Communicate with product management and stakeholders; facilitate meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt new tools and methodologies.
