The role requires 5+ years in signal integrity for high-speed interconnects, hands-on measurement using TDR and VNA, and proficiency in HFSS, CST, HSPICE, MATLAB, and ADS.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (MS/PhD preferred) with 5+ years in signal integrity for high-speed interconnects.
• Experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging using TDR, VNA, pattern generators, etc.
• Experience with SI simulation/analysis tools like Ansys HFSS, CST, HSPICE, MATLAB, and ADS.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulation, characterization, and application of high-speed connectors and interconnects.
• Lead component development and support on new product introductions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on next-generation high-speed I/O products.
• Identify and resolve signal integrity issues in PCB layouts.
• Build, measure, and verify circuits and boards for product qualification.
