Qualifications

• Experience in signal integrity or high-speed interconnect measurement.
• Proficiency with VNAs, oscilloscopes, and TDRs in lab setups.
• Ability to translate messy experimental data into clear conclusions and actionable engineering insight.

Responsibilities

• Design repeatable Signal Integrity experiments to evaluate connector and component performance.
• Develop metrics and analysis methods to distinguish good components from weak or failing ones.
• Perform hands-on measurements and rapid experiments to prove or disprove technical hypotheses.
• Analyze performance degradation using SI simulations, lab measurements, and other multi-domain data sources.
• Correlate simulations, measurements, and observed product behavior with the SI team.
• Root cause performance loss and communicate findings clearly to engineering teams.
• Build and maintain team-wide tools for data intake, automated review checks, visualization, presentation, and shared understanding.
• Turn recurring manual reviews into reusable scripts, templates, dashboards, or workflows that improve review consistency.
• Improve analysis workflows and documentation so teams can compare measurements across parts, sites, and programs more quickly.
