Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Signal Integrity Engineering Manager in Nashua, NH to lead copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth data rates up to 448 Gbps per lane.

Lead a dynamic SI team, define testing roadmaps, coordinate with product management and customers, and drive continuous improvement in SI testing and quality in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of development and SI testing experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a team.
• Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing roadmap and strategy aligned with project goals.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features and regressions.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on impact, risk, and resources.
• Lead and mentor signal integrity engineers working on OverPass systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide career development for team members.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as liaison between testing, development, product management and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and implement new tools and methodologies.
