Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical communication / electrical engineering/ computer science/ software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software and SI testing, including at least 2 years in a people management or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with a defect tracking system.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of signal integrity engineers developing OverPass systems.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features and regressions.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early.
• Communicate status and progress to stakeholders through regular meetings.
