Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in signage, construction, or printing.
• Strong knowledge of sign fabrication methods, materials, and installation practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Monday.com, Trello, or MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of sign projects, from estimating and approvals to production, delivery, and installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review artwork, permits, and production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
