Job summary

FASTSIGNS Downtown Oakland is seeking a Sales / Project Coordinator to join our on-site team in Oakland, CA. You will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotes and proposals to support sales activities.

Daily duties include tracking project timelines, coordinating production details, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating installations and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical skills to interpret customer needs, review specs, and ensure accurate quotes.
• Excellent customer service with focus on responsiveness and problem solving.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Sales skills including lead follow-up and upselling appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency with office software (CRM systems, spreadsheets).
• Experience in signage/printing environment preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
