Job summary

FASTSIGNS International. Inc is seeking a meticulous Sales & Project Coordinator in the Bay Area. You will partner with the Account Management team to drive critical admin, estimating, and project-processing workflows, enabling the sales team to focus on client relationships and closing business.

You’ll manage site surveys, quotes, and design file preparation using CoreBridge and Adobe Illustrator, while ensuring standards and compliance across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize and manage project data.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and team.
• Experience with Google Workspace and CoreBridge or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Survey & Project Processing: organize site survey notes, photos, measurements for quotes.
• Estimating & System Support: build drafts and enter items in CoreBridge for quotes.
• Design & File Support: use Adobe Illustrator to scale and review files for the design team.
• Standards & Compliance: maintain client sign standards for major accounts.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: request pricing and coordinate quotes.
• Scheduling & Logistics: manage calendar and coordinate Bay Area surveys.
• Project Tracking: maintain task lists and push projects through the pipeline.
