Federal Heath is seeking a Program Manager to oversee signage accounts from sale through installation and billing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction, while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Ideal candidates bring two years in project management, with preference for sign industry experience, leadership ability, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Hybrid or remote work options available based on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in project management; 5+ years beneficial.
• Sign industry experience strongly desired.
• Leadership ability and proven decision-making skills.
• Lean knowledge or experience desired.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end signage projects from sale to install and billing.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and manage expectations.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Arrange site surveys and verify sign codes as needed.
• Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors for permits, installations, and estimates.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain organized project files.
• Track forecast and projections of projects.
• Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and installation activities.
