Federal Heath is seeking a Program Manager to oversee signage accounts from sale to completion. You will organize, coordinate, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Hybrid or remote work options apply depending on location, with a history of SIgn industry leadership.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in project management, 5+ years would be beneficial.
• Sign industry experience strongly desired.
• Leadership ability, proven decision-making skills
• Lean knowledge or experience desired
• Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in teams within a rapidly changing deadline driven environment

Responsabilités

• Manage signage accounts to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate processes from sale through manufacture, installation and billing.
• Maintain customer communication to their satisfaction.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
• Arrange customer location surveys and verify sign codes.
• Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors for permits, installation & estimates.
• Issue purchase orders and establish organized job files.
• Track forecast and projections of projects.
• Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and install activities
