Job summary

Sign Warehouse is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the sign and graphics industry. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and guide projects from concept to completion, collaborating with production, design, and operations teams.

The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Base salary with commission, plus benefits, is offered in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (sign industry or related field preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of signage products (wide format printing, vinyl, substrates, installation, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Consult with clients to understand signage needs, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure accurate and timely project execution
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product offerings
