Job summary

Image360, a national leader in visual communications, is seeking a Sign Program Coordinator to support account managers by owning the day-to-day technical infrastructure behind our sign programs: floor plans, sign schedules, project databases, and production handoffs.

No prior wayfinding or healthcare experience is required; you need to be sharp with data and comfortable with plans and drawings, keeping complex information organized.

Qualifications

• Background in facilities and construction support, sign production, fabrication coordination, drafting/CAD, or a similarly technical/detail-oriented coordination role
• No wayfinding or healthcare experience required — we'll train you on the parts specific to our industry
• Comfort with structured systems, spreadsheets, or database tools in a prior role (any industry)

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Data Management: learn to set up new client projects, upload floor plans, build sign type templates, and configure project structure
• Site Survey Support: help prepare for site surveys, upload base plans, organize survey structure, and assist with field surveys
• Supporting Account Managers: process requests for sign additions, deletions, message changes, and location updates
• Building Good Habits: apply consistent naming conventions and document workflows and standards
