Job summary

Universal Business Team is seeking a Production Operative in Buckingham to join a busy production and sign manufacturing team. The role focuses on producing printed materials and signs, with training provided and a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

The salary starts at £30,420, increasing to £31,590 after probation, plus bonus and free lunch. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am–4.30pm and Friday 7.30am–2pm, with on-site parking and full training supplied.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for print production tasks.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Produce printed artwork using Adobe software; training provided.
• Hand finish and prepare items for despatch.
• Replenish stock for the sign department.
• Use the in-house system to book items in/out after production.
• Keep a clean, organised work area and follow safety procedures.
• Support with other warehouse/production tasks as required.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
