Job summary

Universal Business Team is seeking a Production Operative in Buckingham to join a busy production and sign manufacturing team. The role focuses on producing printed materials and signs, with training provided and a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

The salary starts at £30,420, increasing to £31,590 after probation, plus bonus and free lunch. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am–4.30pm and Friday 7.30am–2pm, with on-site parking and full training supplied.

• Support with other warehouse/production tasks as required.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for production of printed materials and further production of signs and equipment in addition to general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce printed artwork using Adobe Software (some experience desired but will give training to the right candidate).
• Hand finish printed matter and make ready for despatch.
• Replenish stock and consumables for sign department.
• Use in house warehouse management system to book items in/out after production
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assisting with other warehouse and production tasks as required.
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
