Universal Business Team is seeking a Production Operative for heat seal transfer application and garment packing in Buckingham. You will apply heat transfers, inspect quality, and prepare orders for dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability.

The position offers a salary of £30,420 rising to £31,590 after probation, plus bonus and free lunch, with hours Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm and Friday 7:30am–2:00pm.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying heat seal transfers to workwear and clothing, as well as carrying out quality checks, packing finished garments, and preparing orders for dispatch.
