Job summary

[Company Name] is seeking a hands-on Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our team, handling projects from the shop floor to final installation. You will operate printers and laminators, apply graphics, and perform site surveys with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in sign production and/or installation (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and vinyl application equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding/bucket trucks, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators; prepare substrates and apply graphics.
• Install indoor and outdoor signage including wall graphics, dimensional letters, and vehicle wraps.
• Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and safely use power tools and lift equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure installations meet design specs and safety standards.
