Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to deliver home-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in California.

You’ll assess, treat, and coach families in their natural environment, with flexible scheduling and locations of your choice. Responsibilities include IFSP-driven sessions, progress reporting, and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred in Early Intervention.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and help families develop strategies to meet developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress generalizes.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment: homes, daycares, and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
