Job summary

ASI-NE seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs in living meaningful lives. No experience is required as paid training is provided to build the necessary skills.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, with additional pay for credentials and a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Full-time benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses in daily living.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community integration.
• Participate in required trainings and team meetings.

Pay

$18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Additional hourly pay available for applicants with:

• A satisfactory driver's license
• An active CRMA certification
