What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll be more than a caregiver—you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders
• Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
• Assisting with community engagement—think outings, events, jobs, and social activities!
• Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiences
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Documenting services and following individualized service plans

Where You’ll Work

• Residential Homes: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines
• Day Programs: Get out into the community—support individuals at jobs, volunteer sites, recreational activities, and more

What We’re Looking For
