GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in the United States to provide ongoing support for participants, manage a caseload, and apply evidence-based practices in all interactions. You will document progress, administer program plans, and help participants establish housing, budgeting, education, and community involvement.

The role is full-time, offering $23.00/hour with confidentiality and contract compliance as priorities, plus a $1,500 bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain participant files with confidentiality.
• Develop personalized programs and timelines for participants.
• Review progress weekly and adjust plans as needed.
• Assist participants with housing, budgeting, education, and community involvement.
• Document program participation and discharge summaries within required timelines.
• Coordinate with contracting agencies and GEO staff to ensure compliance.
