Job summary

Foresight Group is looking for a Sign Installation Coordinator to plan and coordinate all installation activities, ensuring jobs are ready on time and meet quality standards. You will work with a small team in a climate-controlled environment and contribute to a successful installation process.

The role requires reading instructions, coordinating calendars, and ensuring tools and permits are in place. Onsite work in Lansing, MI, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and competitive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Experience in construction or a skilled trade preferred.
• Strong customer relations and positive attitude.
• Ability to operate a computer (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to read simple plans and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions and tickets.
• Schedule and plan installations and coordinate with teams.
• Update installation calendar and communicate with Production Manager.
• Ensure final quality control and readiness of products for installation.
• Provide backup/flex installer when needed.
• Maintain tools and coordinate DOT inspections if applicable.
• Read blueprints and ensure proper installation of signage.
