Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking an onsite installer at our Lansing location to read job tickets, schedule installations, and coordinate field work. You will work with the Production Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure timely, accurate installations and maintain quality and safety standards.

Must be able to operate tools and software, and adapt to a dynamic environment. We offer climate-controlled work areas, 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability premiums,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer relations and service skills essential.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic software.
• Experience with basic shop math and measuring equipment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions.
• Schedule and install jobs per tickets.
• Coordinate installation and update calendars.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
• Work with Installation Site Supervisor to complete projects.
