Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks an Integrating Manager for the SigMon/SigInt segment in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Solutions organization. You will translate strategy into executable plans, build and lead a team of business development professionals, and coordinate with product, R&D, and marketing to win key accounts.

You will guide regional go-to-market strategies, shape solution narratives, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with export-control requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, business, or related field; typically 5+ years of management experience; 10+ years in aerospace/defense.
• Proven ability translating strategy into tactics.
• Experience managing managers and directing resources across departments.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SigMon/SigInt, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operations and objectives for the SigMon/SigInt segment end-to-end.
• Translate strategy into tactical plans, programs, and forecasts; set priorities.
• Lead and develop a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Shape and champion solution narratives for Keysight's SigMon/SigInt portfolio against customer needs.
• Drive market responses to software-defined, simulation-based validation of cognitive and AI-enabled SigMon/SigInt.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align offerings, pricing, and campaigns with segment demand.
• Deliver accurate short-term order forecasts and maintain a healthy funnel.
• Ensure engagements observe export-control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI requirements.
