Latino Center of the Midlands is seeking a Siembra Nebraska Coordinator to support the internship program in Omaha. You will assist with intern recruitment, applications, placement, orientation, and ongoing participant support.

The role involves coordinating with host sites, managing communications, and assisting with data collection and program evaluation to strengthen workforce readiness for Latino and bilingual youth in the Omaha area.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience coordinating workshops, events, recruitment, or participant services preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, technology, and recordkeeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support intern recruitment, applications, and enrollment activities.
• Assist with matching interns to host sites and internship opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with interns and host sites to monitor progress.
• Collect participant data and maintain accurate records for program evaluation.
• Coordinate with partners and host sites to ensure smooth internship experiences.
• Support year-round program activities, including outreach, planning, and events.
