Job summary

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee a satellite Learning Community Center in South Omaha. You will build relationships with families and school staff, recruit participants, and ensure alignment with our mission and policies.

You’ll manage the child learning team, coordinate transportation, maintain safe learning spaces, and hire/train staff; bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Education, Social Services, or related field.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written, verbal, presentational) required.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and record-keeping abilities.
• Commitment to cultural respect and understanding and value of diversity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; Mini Bus Driver Safety class required.

Responsibilities

• On-site oversight and supervision of staff, programming, and operations at the satellite location.
• Recruitment of new families and engaging school staff about the program.
• Supervises participant arrival and dismissal; tracks supplies and equipment.
• Ensures safe, positive learning environments for children and families.
• Oversees transportation to the school site; drives the minibus as needed.
• Hires, orients, trains, and oversees day-to-day effectiveness of staff.
• Connects with other departments to ensure fair distribution of work.
