Latino Center of the Midlands is seeking a Program Manager for the Siembra Nebraska Internship Program. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, driving program growth, intern recruitment and placement, host-site development, and staff supervision to deliver high-quality work-based learning opportunities.

You will oversee partnerships with employers and educational institutions, monitor outcomes and budget, ensure grant compliance, and lead continuous improvement across year‑round

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and leading youth internship programs.
• Ability to secure and manage partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to oversee multi‑season programming.
