Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients with complex needs.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets data from monitors and devices.
• Documents patient care meeting required and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with medical staff and nursing leadership to plan and manage patient care.
• Acts as a patient and family advocate while providing compassionate care.
