Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Utilizes information and assessment data to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Provides patient-centered care and collaborates with the medical team to manage unit operations.
• Monitors ECMO equipment and patient parameters, adjusting care as ordered.
• Acts as a patient and family advocate and maintains documentation to regulatory standards.
