Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL is seeking a part-time RN for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) on the 7p-7a shift, including every third weekend. Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- 1 year experience required unless AVP level or above.
- Maintains Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
- BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex patient care in a high-acuity CICU/ECLS environment.
- Monitor patients, adjust care plans, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with medical staff and education teams to support staff development.
- Be a patient and family advocate and ensure compliance with standards.
