Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Active Alabama RN license (or valid eNLC).
• BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care in ICU with complex assessments.
• Monitor equipment and patient status, including ECMO if applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop plans.
• Document care accurately and ensure patient safety.
• Serve as preceptor or charge nurse as needed.
