Qualifications

• RN with leadership responsibilities preferred.
• 2+ years ICU experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating patient care and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise SICU nursing staff and oversee performance evaluations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll coordination.
• Participate in budget planning and staffing decisions to meet departmental goals.
• Ensure patient care plans are implemented and documented per policy.
• Lead daily huddles and coordinate communications across shifts.
