Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required.
• Leadership experience preferred in ICU.
• Experience in Oncology/Surgical ICU desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and staff in Oncology/SICU.
• Lead and evaluate nursing staff, manage scheduling and payroll processes.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee staffing, budget adherence, and performance reviews.
