Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance.
• Supports departmental staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes as needed to meet goals.
• Delivers patient care per care plan and coordinates with the team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Develops collaborative care plans based on assessment and treatment.
• Leads staff communications, huddles and meetings; monitors staffing needs and overtime.
