Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Second in Command pilot for the Dornier 328 Jet to support on-demand charter operations and scheduled routes to Mammoth and Crescent City. You will report to the Chief Pilot and must reside within two hours of the base, bringing required flight minimums and certifications.

You will perform visual pre/post flight inspections, assist the PIC, and ensure safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft while complying with FAR 135, OPS, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ATP Multi Required certification is mandatory.
• 1500 hours total time required.
• 250 hours PIC time and 100 hours nighttime noted.
• 50 hours multi-engine and 75 hours instrument flight (50 hours actual).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual preflight and postflight inspections.
• Assist PIC during all flight phases per operating procedures.
• Maintain safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Brief PIC on customer service items for each leg.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 135, OPS Manual, SOPs and policies.
• Update flight and duty records and report maintenance issues.
