Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Second In Command (SIC) who reports to the Chief Pilot and assists the Pilot-in-Command in safe, efficient operation of company aircraft under Part 135 regulations. The role emphasizes high levels of customer service and crew coordination.

Required qualifications include ATP, FAA First Class Medical, and 2,000+ total flight hours with at least 200 hours in multi-engine time; a valid passport and CANPASS authorization are also required for international travel.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations.
• FAA and international flight operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating domestic Part 135 flights while ensuring high customer service.
• Adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain first-class medical certificate and report any impairment.
• Lead and coordinate crew to ensure efficient flight operations.
• Greet passengers, assist with seating and luggage, and brief passengers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
