Job summary

Advanced Air, LLC, Hawthorne, CA, invites applications for the Citation CJ3 SIC Pilot position. The role supports on-demand charter operations, with an emphasis on safety, multi-tasking, and high-level decision making.

Base duties include pre/post flight inspections and PIC support under the Chief Pilot. Applicants must have ATP Multi, 2,500 total flight hours, 500 multi-engine land, and pass FAA exams and competency checks within required windows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ATP Multi engine certification required.
• Minimum 2,500 total flight hours.
• 500 multi-engine land rating required.
• Must pass FAA exams and competency checks within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual pre/post flight inspections.
• Assist the PIC during all flight phases and follow P&P.
• Maintain safety for passengers, crew, cargo and aircraft.
• Brief PIC on customer service aspects for each leg.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 135 and company policies.
• Update flight/duty logs and coordinate maintenance findings.
• Support safety and quality programs and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PIC.
