Job summary

The role involves supporting evaluations in a lab environment, collaborating with Marketing and Design to promote SiC JFETs, designing demos and reference designs, and providing training and technical support to customers. Strong English communication and power semiconductor experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EE with 2+ years in power semiconductors or Master’s with 0-2+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET) is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external evaluation requests (electrical, thermal, mechanical) in lab settings to define and improve SiC JFET products and customer support.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to promote SiC JFET across applications and identify portfolio gaps.
• Design hardware such as demos and reference designs; create design tools and calculators.
• Provide training and technical support to customers to enable adoption of SiC JFET products in power electronics.
• Review customer schematics; offer troubleshooting including onsite visits.
