Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EE with 2+ years in power semiconductors or Master’s with 0–2+ years in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to multi-task individually and in teams.
• Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, diode, MOSFET).
• Circuit analysis and power electronics coursework is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support internal evaluation requests (electrical, thermal, mechanical) with lab skills.
• Independently conduct experiments.
• Design customized test setups for internal evaluation.
