Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM and ITSM solutions across multi‑vendor environments. This role blends process architecture, platform‑agnostic engineering, and operating model transformation to deliver run‑time service excellence.

You will work across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Jira Service Management, shaping governance, data models and implementation deliverables for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of IT service management experience in multi-supplier environments.
• Minimum 7+ years designing or implementing SIAM models, including governance and integration.
• Minimum 5+ years configuring ITSM platforms across two major tooling platforms.
• Minimum 3+ years of ITIL 4 experience and practical application in design contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models — define service integration layer, governance, and multi‑vendor flows.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM solutions — process/data models, integration patterns, tooling configs.
• Redesign operating models — define roles, teams, governance forums, decision rights.
• Design and re‑engineer ITSM processes — incident/problem/change/knowledge for multi‑supplier setups.
• Define data and reporting requirements — data flows, APIs, and management information frameworks.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables — architecture docs, blueprints, transition plans.
• Support client engagement — contribute depth to proposals and run SIAM/ITSM workshops.
