Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM-based service management for large, complex enterprise environments. The role focuses on integrating services from multiple suppliers under a coherent service model and reshaping operating models for run-time effectiveness.

You will move between process and platform design and the broader enterprise transformation to land a transformed service model in client organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT service management, SIAM, or ITSM platform engineering.
• 5+ years designing or implementing SIAM models across multi-vendor environments.
• 3+ years ITIL 4 principles applied to process design, not just certification.

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models and architecture documentation for multi-vendor environments.
• Engineer ITSM solutions platform-agnostic across multiple tooling
• Redesign operating models including roles, governance forums, and decision rights.
• Design ITSM processes across incident, problem, change, request, configuration, and knowledge.
• Define service integration data and reporting requirements for SIAM visibility.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables for delivery teams and suppliers.
• Support client engagement and business development through workshops and proposals.
• Travel may be required (25%–100%).
